Scope
This policy currently only covers the early access form. When the İdepedi platform is launched, an updated policy covering data processing activities on the platform will be published.
Information We Collect
In the form, we ask for your e-mail address (mandatory), your name, and your interest preference (optional). In addition to these, consent record information such as the date and time you gave your consent is kept.
How We Use Your Information
- To add you to the early access list
- To inform you about the launch of İdepedi and important developments
- To evaluate the early access request collectively and statistically
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Service Providers
We use the Brevo service to manage the form and email list. The servers of this service provider may be located abroad. Your information is transferred to this provider strictly limited to the purposes mentioned above.
Retention Period
We retain your information for 12 months starting from the launch. At the end of this period or upon your request, your information will be deleted or anonymized.
Opting Out and Withdrawing Consent
You can opt out of the list and withdraw your consent at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in every email we send or by writing to merhaba@idepedi.com.
Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
Children
The İdepedi early access form is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
